We spent a few days camping on the High Coast (500 km north of Stockholm) before heading out to the Island Ulvön to attend Alessandro and Marie’s lovely wedding.

First night camp site. A lovely meadow by a cove with lots and lots of bluebells and wild strawberries. We are big fans of Swedish right to roam and access to land.
We did however have to negotiate a road that said "no public access" to get there.

Magnus made scones for breakfast. Very civilized. Notice all the little bluebells.

Nice morning.

Darling husband in the Northern forests.

Automatic non-staffed shopping. You put £2 in a box and grab a huge sack of nice dry birch firewood. Good for camp fires.

This forest must be inhabited by trolls.

Polished smoot by the inland ice sheets.

Another lovely camp-site. A long beach. We are quite happy with our new tent. Ultralight All-season 2 person Tunnel Tent 2.8 kg only. Hilleberg is Swedish quality :-)

Campfire at night. Well night..... This far north it hardly gets dark even late July.

We will blog another picture of the tent instead of pictures of the morning swim. Since it strictly is no need for a bikini in the middle of nowhere.

Nice location for a restaurant.
